All products are packed using strong and stable Iron Pallets instead of wooden pallets to ensure full protection during transit.

The price is based on specific buyer requirements. Please provide:
1) Shop drawing / window schedule showing dimensions, quantity, and type;
2) Frame color;
3) Type and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated, Low-E, tinted, Argon filled, etc.).
Our products are CUSTOM MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to buyer's specific dimensions.
Delivery Time: 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation.
Payment Terms: Normally 30% - 50% T/T deposit, with balance paid before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering frame unfading and peel-off, as well as hardware and accessories operating properly. German hardware comes with a 10-year warranty. Replacement parts are provided promptly via courier if quality issues arise.
