Q How can I get an accurate price quote?
Pricing depends on specific project requirements. Please provide: 1) Architectural drawings/schedules showing dimensions, quantities, and types; 2) Frame color preferences; 3) Glass specifications (single/double/laminated, Low-E, tinting, etc.).
Q Are your windows and doors custom-sized?
Yes, all products are custom manufactured. We build windows and doors to match the exact dimensions and specs requested by the buyer.
Q What is your typical delivery lead time and payment terms?
Our standard production delivery time is approximately 38 days after deposit receipt and final technical drawing approval. Standard payment terms are 30% - 50% deposit via T/T, with balance due prior to shipment. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
Q Do products come with glass pre-installed?
Glass is installed at the factory based on unit dimensions to guarantee maximum safety during transit and ease of installation on site. Onsite glazing is recommended for oversized products.
Q What quality warranty do you provide?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering frame finishes against peeling or fading, and ensuring hardware and accessories operate smoothly under normal use. Replacement parts are dispatched promptly via international express courier.
