A: Price is based on specific requirements. Please provide: 1) Shop drawings/window schedule with dimensions, quantity, and type; 2) Frame color; 3) Type and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated, Low-E, etc.).
A: All products are CUSTOM MADE according to the specific dimensions and requirements of the buyer.
A: Delivery time is typically 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Payment terms are 30%-50% T/T deposit, with the balance paid before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
A: A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering non-fading and non-peeling frames, along with properly functioning hardware. In case of quality issues, immediate replacement parts are shipped via international courier.
A: Yes, glass is installed at the factory based on window/door dimensions to ensure safe transportation and easy installation on-site. On-site glazing is recommended for oversized items.
