Q3: What is your MOQ order?
Usually USD 30,000 per order. If under USD 30,000, an additional USD 800 is charged for color adjusting and packaging fees.
Q4: What is your delivery time?
28 days to 45 days after the deposit is received and shop drawings are confirmed.
Q5: What is your standard color for aluminum frames?
Powder coating finishes in Frost Black and Silver Grey. Other RAL colors are available upon request.
Q6: What is your warranty? What do we do in case of problems?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering non-fading and non-peeling frames, as well as properly operating hardware and accessories. German hardware comes with a 10-year warranty. In case of quality issues, replacements will be sent promptly via international courier.
