Packing & Loading Process

Wrap window corners with hard, thick corrugated board and tighten with protection film.

Place on iron steel pallets capable of loading 2.0 T goods (approx. 10-15 units of doors & windows).

Fix all goods with steel bars and screws to the iron pallets to ensure stability. Wrap entire pallet with protection film against water and dust.

Use forklift to load into container, inserting air bags in spaces to ensure 100% safe transportation with careful inspection.

All products are custom made according to the buyer's exact dimensions and design specifications.
What is the standard delivery timeframe and color options?
Delivery takes approximately 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Standard aluminum frame colors include powder-coated Frost Black and Silver Grey.
What warranty coverage is provided?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided covering frame color durability, hardware functionality, and components under normal operation. Replacement parts are dispatched via international courier when needed.
Do windows come pre-glazed or glazed on-site?
Glass is pre-installed at the factory based on unit dimensions to guarantee safe transit and easier installation. On-site glazing is recommended primarily for oversized units.
