For surface treatment, we provide powder coating, Electrophoresis, Fluorocarbon Painting, and Wooden Grain. We offer a standard range of colours to choose from, or can create a custom colour to suit your individual design needs.
A: We supply complete window and door systems (including profiles, hardware, accessories, and glass) as well as finished products customized and ready for installation.
A: Price is based on specific requirements. Please provide drawing/schedule details showing window dimensions, quantities, frame colors, glass thickness/type (single, double, laminated, Low-E, tinted), and configuration requirements.
A: Yes, all products are custom manufactured to buyer dimensions. Standard delivery time is approximately 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation.
A: Glass is installed at the factory based on dimensions to ensure safe transportation and easier overall installation. Onsite glazing is recommended primarily for oversized units.
A: A 10-year quality warranty is provided covering frame finish integrity and smooth hardware operation under normal use. Replacement parts are supplied via courier if quality issues arise.
A: Products comply with Australian standard AS2047, AS2208, as well as North American standards including CSA, NFRC, and Miami Dade requirements upon request.
