Delivery Time: 15-38 days upon order confirmation.
A: We supply complete window and door systems (including profiles, hardware, accessories, and glass) as well as finished products ready for immediate installation.
A: Pricing depends on your specific requirements. Please provide: 1) Shop drawings/window schedules with dimensions, quantities, and types; 2) Frame color preferences; 3) Glass type, thickness, and color specifications.
A: Our products are fully CUSTOM MADE. We manufacture windows and doors tailored precisely to the buyer's custom dimensions.
A: Delivery takes approximately 38 days after deposit confirmation and technical drawing approval.
A: Normally, 30% - 50% of the total amount by T/T as deposit and balance paid before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
A: We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering non-fading and non-peeling frames, as well as properly functioning hardware and accessories. In case of quality issues, replacement parts are provided via international courier.
