How can I get an accurate quotation for my project?
To provide an exact price quote, please specify your requirements including:
1) Shop drawings or window schedules showing exact dimensions, quantities, and window types;
2) Desired frame color and surface finish;
3) Type and thickness of glass (single, double insulated, laminated, tinted, Low-E, or gas-filled).
What is the standard delivery timeline and payment terms?
Standard delivery time is approximately 38 days after deposit receipt and drawing confirmation. Standard payment terms are 30%–50% T/T deposit, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
Do the windows come pre-glazed or do they require onsite glass installation?
Glass is typically pre-installed at the factory based on unit dimensions to ensure safety during transit and simplify onsite installation. Onsite glazing is recommended only for oversized custom products.
What warranty is provided with your products?
We offer a 10-year quality warranty covering frame finish integrity (no peeling or fading) and hardware smooth operation. Replacement components are dispatched immediately via courier in case of quality issues.

Spectrally selective glazing refers to specially coated or tinted glass engineered to admit visible light while blocking unwanted infrared heat (short-wave and long-wave solar radiation), significantly increasing energy efficiency.
