Packaging & Shipping Details

Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film.

Put on iron steel pallets which can load 2.0 T goods and with about 10-15 units of doors & windows.

All goods be fixed by steel bar with screws one by one to the iron pallets, insure the unshakable whole pallet. Wrap the whole pallet with protection film to avoid water and dust.

Use forklift to load the goods into the container, insert pallet space with air bags to ensure 100% safe transportation. Container loading process with careful inspection.

How can I know your price?

Prices are based on buyer specific requirements. Please provide: 1) Shop drawing / window schedule showing dimensions, quantity and type; 2) Frame color; 3) Type and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated, Low-E, tinted, etc.).

What is the standard size of your windows and doors?

Our products are CUSTOM MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to buyer's specific dimensions.

What is your delivery time and standard aluminum frame colors?

Delivery time is approximately 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Standard powder coating frame colors include Frost Black and Silver Grey.

What is your quality warranty policy?

We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering non-fading and non-peeling frames, as well as properly operating hardware and accessories (including 10 years warranty for German hardware).

Do windows come with glass pre-installed?

We install glass at the factory based on window/door dimensions to ensure safety during transportation and easier buyer installation. Onsite glazing is recommended for oversized products.
