Our standard powder coating finishes include Frost Black and Silver Grey. Other custom colors can also be prepared upon request.
Q5: Do windows come pre-glazed or need to be assembled on-site?
Windows and doors are delivered fully assembled with glass, frame, sash, and hardware intact. You simply install them directly into the wall opening on-site.
Q6: What is the warranty policy?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering non-fading and non-peeling frame finishes, as well as proper hardware functionality under correct operation. A 10-year warranty applies to German hardware. In case of quality issues, replacement parts are provided via international courier promptly.
