The price is based on specific buyer requirements. Please provide the following details to help us quote an exact price:
- Shop drawing / window schedule showing window dimensions, quantity, and type
- Frame color preference
- Type of glass, thickness (single, double, laminated, etc.), and color properties (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, with/without Argon)

What is the standard size of your windows and doors?
Our products are fully CUSTOM MADE. We manufacture all windows and doors tailored to the buyer's exact dimensions.

What is your typical delivery time and payment terms?
Delivery Time: 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation.
Payment Terms: Normally 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit, with the balance due before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.

What warranty is provided with your products?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, ensuring frame colors will not fade or peel off, and hardware/accessories will operate properly under standard usage. German hardware comes with a 10-year warranty. In case of quality issues, replacement parts will be provided promptly via international courier.

Do windows come with glass pre-installed?
We install glass at the factory based on dimensions to ensure safety during transportation and to make on-site installation easier for buyers. On-site glazing is recommended primarily for oversized products.
